How Does Document Storage & Records Management Work?

  • • We can provide a full inventory and packing service along with storage boxes
  • • For organisational purposes, each box is given a unique reference code which sits alongside your own internal reference
    – This is registered to a warehouse location
  • • If necessary, each individual file can be bar-coded, depending on your exact business requirements
  • • Grange Archive Services will securely store your items, while you enjoy more space, peace of mind and increased productivity
  • • Each customer receives a unique web portal log in that can be accessed by all or limited employees to view, maintain and order files
  • • When you need a document, file or box simply contact us and the item can be dispatched to you without delay
  • • We offer a variety of time frames for delivery to best suit your business needs including express delivery
  • • We also cater for harder to store items such as design/blueprint tubes, media tapes and individual case folders

Shredding & Destruction Services

Often, it’s just as important to destroy a document as to keep it (HR records for eg). We provide a fully auditable retention cycle for all of your records, as well as a commercial shredding service, ensuring they are destroyed when required and certification provided. We also destroy other types of sensitive media including magnetic tapes, CDs, DVDs, PCs and work terminals, work clothing, uniforms and company branded items.

We are specialists in office moves and relocation, office fit out, removal of redundant IT equipment and office furniture and temporary storage as well as arranging for secure shredding of your documents and any document storage needs.

Specialists In Will & Deed Storage

Grange Archive services specialise in providing secure deed storage to legal practices and mortgage lenders around the UK. Our secure vault stores thousands of property deeds, all of which are bar-coded and scanned for easy retrieval. If you need to access your stored deeds, you’re welcome to view documents in our audit room, or they can be returned to you via our cost-effective delivery service. Simply email us or use our online ordering service, and we’ll deliver it as and when you need it.
